Pay Range: $26.42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Healthcare Service Install Support Team delivers the Back Office Support (BOS) activities required for installation of the healthcare equipment.

• In order to support the installation field engineer and project management team

• Facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals and metrics, departmental policies, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract

• Collaborate with field team and to establish install dates and track completion. Coordinate task execution in order to meet install timelines.

• Communicate all requirements and commitments (both verbally and in writing) for each project with staff, management, and customer.

• Provide leadership updates on progress.

• Utilizes order management, fulfillment, project management and service tools to determine the scope of an install and track status of install projects

• Create and maintain project status notes in appropriate project management tool.

• Identify risk associated with projects and coordinate with cross functional team to resolve risk in order to complete install.

• Maintain an accurate list of deliveries with an up-to-date priority list.

• Track the accuracy and content of install records to ensure compliance.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Preferred associates or bachelors degree.

• This will help them in the long run with the position.

• Preferred background with MS Office or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills are a must!
