Our Quality Assurance Administrator monitors and evaluates inventory control processes and procedures, and assists in monitoring inventory accuracy at Core Service Depots.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) - List in order of importance

  • Use established procedures to audit receiving, shipping, and warehousing operations to minimize shrink and ensure procedures and processes are being followed

  • Assist in monitoring inventory discrepancies, diagnosing problems, developing recommendations, and requesting inventory adjustments

  • Measure, track, and report audit results to Depot Managers

  • Report concerns, potential issues, opportunities, and operational recommendations to Depot Managers

  • Inform appropriate Corporate and Retail partners of inventory discrepancies and progress towards resolution

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6 months previous experience with inventory control or inventory auditing

  • Able to stand/sit for long periods of time

  • Able to work in a fast pace environment

  • Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and have an attention to detail

  • Ability to learn new software programs and work with multiple operating systems
