As a Cadet, you will travel via Geekmobile from the precinct to our clients home and assist with the delivery and basic installation of technology products alongside a seasoned Agent. Youll provide our clients service that exceeds expectations by handling appointments with care, asking the right questions to enhance the client experience, and providing prompt follow up of recommendations as well as solutions. Key accountabilities:

  • Perform a variety of fulfillment duties for clients in their homes including delivery, installation and networking with a primary focus on Home Theater technology

  • Phone and in-person contact with clients to reveal diagnostic discoveries and make recommendations for protecting and defending client devices

  • Provide timely updates to the client and store precincts

  • Responsibly manage inventory and Geekmobile maintenance

  • Provide feedback and training to store teams as well as assist in store stock repairs

  • Support Geek Squad efforts to protect the world, one device at a time

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics

  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team

  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends

  • 6 months consumer electronics experience (sales, operations or services)

  • 21 years of age or more

  • Current valid drivers license and a clear driving record

  • Life or maneuver 75 lb. with/without reasonable accommodation and team lift up to 150 lb.

Would you like to work with a team of caring Nurses and Social Workers? You may be the perfect candidate for the Home Visit Patient Care Navigator position working with our Rush at Home program here at Rush University Medical Center. This is a Full Time position 80 hours every two weeks, benefit-eligible Position Highlights: The RUMG Home Based Patient Navigator is responsible for assisting physicians, mid-level practitioners, and registered nurses with the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients in a home based setting. The navigator assumes responsibility for maintaining patient panel and required supplies for home care, and performing basic skills such as vital signs and point of care testing. In addition, the CMA will administer intramuscular injections, immunizations, small volume nebulizer treatment, and over-the-counter medications under the direction of a physician. The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Position Responsibilities: * Coordinates and maintains organized patient panel and provider schedules. * Conducts home visits and phone calls to all patients enrolled in the Rush@Home program. * Performs patient intake including vital signs, height and weight, reason for visit, interim history, allergies, medication lists, and other interventions as required. * Uses motivational interviewing techniques and the stages of change model. Builds a trustful relationship with patients. * Prepares patient for exam based on reason for visit. * Identifies barriers for patients and works with care team to provide resources and support. * Prepares and supports patient and assists provider with procedures. * Reviews appointment schedules and ensures all patient charts are available for the visit. * Reviews patient charts and ensures that all ancillary reports and required paperwork are available to the provider at the time of visit. * Performs basic lab and testing procedures according to standards. * Performs phlebotomy and EKGs. * Administers immunizations as ordered by the physician. * Administers RUMG-approved intramuscular or subcutaneous medications after competency has been assessed, verified, and documented. * Performs Tuberculin skin testing upon order of the physician. * Demonstrates appropriate population-specific techniques with patients. * Documents administration of over-the-counter medications and/or other medications in Epic per policy or protocol. * Documents in EHR according to Rush policies and procedures. * Ensures proper documentation, organizes relevant paperwork, and follows appropriate policy and procedures for mileage reimbursement. * Schedules home visits and telephone follow-ups with patients while ensuring that the intervention visit timelines are being met. Accommodates flexible scheduling if needed. Conducts visits in patients' homes, clinics, hospitals or in public places while assuring privacy and confidentiality to the patient. * Stocks and order supplies necessary for clinical home visits * Calls patients regarding test results and medical instruction under the direction of a physician. * Calls in medical refills under the direction of a physician or protocol. * Documents patient care information in the outpatient medical record according to standards. * Attends regular team meetings at Rush University to discuss matters concerning the program and home visits. * Assists with scheduling of patient tests, procedures, and follow-up appointments. * Assists in the care, cleaning, and sterilization of equipment and instruments. * Maintains the inventory of medical and linen supplies. * Maintains quality control for equipment. * Participates in quality improvement projects. * Maintains compliance with the Joint Commission standards and other regulatory bodies. * Performs other duties as assigned.
