A career in National Special Functions, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support service, sector, and market leaders deliver the unique PwC client experience to our clients. You'll play an important part in continuously innovating and improving Firm operations so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of services to our current and prospective clients. Our Global Delivery Model Services team is responsible for developing programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, and implementing a robust Business Process Management Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of PwC's Global Delivery Model operations on a worldwide scale.

Responsibilities

At the Administrative level, you'll support our engagement teams from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively support the market team and provide necessary support to internal teams

  • Serve as the internal "single point of contact" for administrative needs

  • Arrange travel, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and respond to routine correspondence

  • Maintain records or files and respond to visitors and telephone calls

  • Provide services in a manner that demonstrates the highest levels of quality, accountability, and teamwork

Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs in accounting and auditing including the following areas:

  • Preparing budget and optional reports;
  • Documenting operational processes; and,
  • Using Microsoft suite of tools.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas:

  • Compiling and analyzing information with attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Managing multiple tasks and deadlines;

  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;

  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives; and,

  • Responding timely to requests from customers and provide appropriate guidance as per established protocols.
