Our Global Delivery Model Services team is responsible for developing programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, and implementing a robust Business Process Management Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of PwC's Global Delivery Model operations on a worldwide scale.
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
Train, coach, and supervise staff
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

At least one of the following: Project Management (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, Kaizen, Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), SAP Certified Professional, Oracle Certified Professional, Certified Professional Engineer (PE), CPA, EA, etc.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Demonstrating thorough knowledge experience with automations and RPA platforms;
Performing business and data analytics both as an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs;
Demonstrating active participation in client discussions and meetings, communicating a broad range of firm services and client-related project phases, i.e. strategy and requirements through implementation;
Understanding definition of data management requirements, including translating and documenting needs, assessing data, and implementing appropriate data solutions, & data warehousing principles and methodologies;
Working closely with solution architects, developers, product managers, and product support to deliver new automated processes to replace manual processing;
Identifying and designing appropriate automation workflows utilizing BPMN;
Creating scalable and efficient process automation workflows that identify & create reusable automation components;
Adhering to framework for automation projects to establish manageability and maintainability of automation operations;
Identifying and addressing client/business needs: actively participating in client/business discussions and meetings;
Communicating a broad range of Firm services; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
Demonstrating proven thorough abilities and success as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner, keeping leadership informed of progress and issues, and answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
Demonstrating proven thorough ability and success utilizing written and verbal business communication skills, including interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management within a professional business .services environment.
