Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a GCS Managed Account Support Coordinator!

  • Perform tasks related to the review, assessment, and development of business processes and procedures

  • Work with management to maintain reporting and key business metrics

  • Develop customer reports and dashboards

  • Support Business requests for ad-hoc data query and reporting requirements

Essential Job Functions

  • Follows prescribed processes and procedures including systems and tool utilization

  • Participates as key team member for projects.

  • Participates in project reviews

  • Assists in the documentation of business process flows; maintains metrics in support of those processes

  • Reviews metrics and reporting tools that could be used to measure effectiveness and efficiencies of processes and/or systems

  • Collects and organizes data required for project deliverables

  • Supports development and testing by providing clear requirements

  • Validates functionality, quality and completion of project deliverables

  • Assists in the development of recommendations for new methods/procedures for management review

  • Assists in the implementation of management approved solutions

  • Actively participates in learning opportunities and completes assigned curriculum in a timely manner; applies knowledge to continuously improve the customer experience

  • Completes over projects and tasks as assigned by management

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to analyze processes and procedures looking for opportunities and gaps

  • Knowledge of systems and applications used to support a call center environment preferred

  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrates a high aptitude for learning new concepts and skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Basic troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance

  • Computer skills- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires sitting at a desk with a computer monitor for several hours at one time

  • The vision requirement include: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • High school or equivalent, BS or BA preferred

  • Minimum 2-3 years business development, data analysis or other related experiences

Account Manager success factors include: * Effectively managing a high volume book business, meeting all performance requirements regarding production, quality, and service, and ensuring that no liability associated with errors and omissions occur * Actively seeking to grow IOA business, including identifying and acting on sales opportunities, tracking policy expirations for existing clients, and working proactively to ensure appropriate actions are taken to facilitate renewals * Participating in new business and policy renewal process in conjunction with Producer, CSR, Acct Coordinator, or Ops Team Leader including: * Conducting client research and gathering all necessary information to ensure proper coverages * Evaluating and negotiating coverages and pricing * Generating and presenting proposals * Binding coverages, including securing signed mandatory forms and applications per IOA procedures * Preparing Summary of Insurance * Aged Accounts Receivables, Past Due, and Payments received for Endorsements * Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, world-class service, and professional communication, and being recognized by clients as a trusted advisor and advocate * Leading, directing, and developing a team of account support personnel, and earning the respect of all team members * Ability and willingness to continually grow your insurance expertise, management/leadership skills, and followership skills Qualified candidates will have: * 3+ years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience as a CSR or Account Manager * An active 20-44/general P&C license * Deep levels of personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) P&C insurance and industry experience * Exceptional customer service skills * Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills * Outstanding verbal/written communication skills * Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy * PC proficiency, including MS Office * Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times If you're ready to take a leap forward in your career, please click below to apply.
