Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a GCS Managed Account Support Coordinator!
Perform tasks related to the review, assessment, and development of business processes and procedures
Work with management to maintain reporting and key business metrics
Develop customer reports and dashboards
Support Business requests for ad-hoc data query and reporting requirements
Essential Job Functions
Follows prescribed processes and procedures including systems and tool utilization
Participates as key team member for projects.
Participates in project reviews
Assists in the documentation of business process flows; maintains metrics in support of those processes
Reviews metrics and reporting tools that could be used to measure effectiveness and efficiencies of processes and/or systems
Collects and organizes data required for project deliverables
Supports development and testing by providing clear requirements
Validates functionality, quality and completion of project deliverables
Assists in the development of recommendations for new methods/procedures for management review
Assists in the implementation of management approved solutions
Actively participates in learning opportunities and completes assigned curriculum in a timely manner; applies knowledge to continuously improve the customer experience
Completes over projects and tasks as assigned by management
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze processes and procedures looking for opportunities and gaps
Knowledge of systems and applications used to support a call center environment preferred
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates a high aptitude for learning new concepts and skills
Excellent time management skills
Basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance
Computer skills- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This position requires sitting at a desk with a computer monitor for several hours at one time
The vision requirement include: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
High school or equivalent, BS or BA preferred
Minimum 2-3 years business development, data analysis or other related experiences
