Provides technical support to Sales Team by researching and answering questions on Gateway/Fusebox functionality and the products it support as well as the requirements to onboard new customers accurately to ensure a positive Customer Experience.
Elavon Gateway Sales Support Manager Job Duties:
Provides answers to Sales Reps by researching technical questions and guiding through processes and procedures
Improves sales processes by writing and maintaining documentation
Participates in development of Sales Training as the Subject Matter Expert
Accommodates Sales Teams by recommending options and solutions
Works with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely on-boarding for all new customers
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of sales and marketing experience in the payment services industry
Basic knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations and U.S. Bancorp's products and services
Knowledge of Payment Gateway/Fusebox functionality and the Value Added Resellers they support
General knowledge of the bank's sales and marketing program
Strong analytical, decision-making, and creative skills
Good organizational and project management skills
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
