This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and profitable growth of the Gas Insulated and Shielded Solid Insulation Switchgear portfolios working closely with the Value Stream Leader. The Product owner is a key position in our global organization, delivering value to both the internal business and customers while maintaining a clear view on what the customer needs and what needs to get done. Product Owners represent the customers and act autonomously to communicate the right vision of the product to the development teams while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders (e.g., customers, commercial, plant, internal sponsors).The Product Owner will partner the Value Stream Leader to set priorities (define, own and maintain the backlog), drive the strategic intent of the product and maximize the value of work done with the development team. The Product Owner creates a collaborative environment through effective leadership. The main responsibilities are: * Define value proposition of the offer & set product strategy * Build, follow-up and support business in collaboration with the countries in North America and target market segments * Create & prioritize the development team backlog * Use the Agile mindset to deliver customer value and enable effective feedback towards the development team. * Define short- and longer-term developments (roadmaps) that benefit both the customer and Schneider * Ensure product data is managed in the global PDM repository * Communicate E2E offer change notifications with Schneider internal stakeholders & our external customersWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?As Product Owner you will be responsible for the Switchgear portfolios through the entire lifecycle from roadmap planning to product maintenance.Required skills*
