You will join GAOs 2 year Professional Development Program (PDP) for entry-level analysts. The PDP experience includes a combination of on-the-job and classroom training, regular feedback and coaching, and exposure to different projects, issues, and management styles.
Project assignments are based on a combination of GAO's needs and your background and interests. You will placed in various project assignments that provide you with a range of developmental opportunities.
Typical entry-level duties include:
Planning, prioritizing, and/or balancing own work assignments, identifying feasible work management approaches that address required activities and timelines.
Developing, identifying, contributing to, and/or using techniques, tools, and processes that are methodologically sound and targeted to job requirements.

GRADUATE LEVEL EDUCATION: Applicant has completed a 4-year course of study from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree and has completed at least 1 year of full-time graduate education which will lead to a masters or graduate degree. BACHELOR'S LEVEL EDUCATION (no Superior Academic Achievement): Applicant has completed a full 4-year course of study from an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's degree.
