Skills and experience you will bring to us:
The Gaming Technician consistently provides customer satisfaction through technical support of end users by responding to and following up on support calls (routed by phone, email, radio, and face to face), work requests, and project tasks
Performs repairs, maintenance, upgrades, installments and configurations of all gaming devices including, but not limited to: gaming terminals, kiosks, keno devices, bingo devices, and table games with computer interfaces. Utilizes all available tools and utilities for solving user issues.
Performs routine preventative maintenance on all equipment per the Gaming Technician maintenance schedule, with assistance from Senior Level Gaming Technician as necessary.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
An Associate degree in Computer Science or other related technical field and/or minimum equivalent experience of three years working in an IT environment.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, and basic networking concepts. Must be comfortable supporting command line controls and various operating systems.
Must possess the ability to conduct basic troubleshooting of electronics; must be able to diagnose and analyze technical problems.
Must be comfortable using power and hand tools such as crimpers, drills, soldering irons, saws, screwdrivers, multi meters and wrenches.
Must possess a valid Driver's License
