Gaming Technical Supervisor

The Gaming Technical Supervisor is responsible for the successful operation and performance of all video lottery terminals on the gaming floor through the effective supervision of Gaming Technician staff.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintains required documentation of VLT moves/adds/retires, maintenance and repair logs.

• Trains Gaming Technicians and occasionally assists in troubleshooting various VLT machine malfunctions. Delegates authority and assigns responsibilities to individual associates.

• Responsible for reviewing reports and statistical data for malfunctions or other problems and implementing appropriate maintenance and repair lists.

• Development of staff, interviews, hiring, and evaluations.

• Reviews department's activities with Gaming Tech Manager.

• Meets with Departmental Directors and managers as necessary.

• Follows GuestPath Universal Service Standards, Operational Service Standards, and SERVE expectations at all times.

• Performs duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.

• Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
