Full Time

  • Salary $48k - $58k plus quarterly incentive

  • Experience working in casino, marketing, or sales is preferred.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Responsible for fostering a fun environment.

  • Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.

  • Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in

  • company-sponsored events.

  • Promote property events & promotions via telemarketing and other communication.

  • Contact guests and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special events.

  • Identify and develop professional relationships with established and potential VIP guests.

  • Provide personal service to assigned VIP players, issuing complimentary based on player ratings as needed.

  • Host on and off property entertainment for our guests, such as sporting events, dinners, and theaters.

  • Communicate constantly with gaming operations and other Team Members.

  • Follow all safety rules.

  • Adhere to departmental quality standards.

  • Maintain compliance with the regulatory rules, property standards and the company's system of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

  • Work within the guidelines established by the company.

  • Other duties, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.

  • Must be proficient in common computer programs; prior experience with salesforce.com or casino marketing programs is preferred.

  • 3 years of sales, casino, management or hospitality experience preferred.

  • Experience balancing a budget and understanding of profit margin growth preferred.

  • Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests.

  • Multi-lingual ability preferred.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S) in Business, Marketing or Hospitality from an accredited four-year college or university or commensurate experience required.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.

Reasoning Ability: Be able to make quick, reasonable decisions regarding patron and team member interactions. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Specifically, the Marketing Automation Specialist will partner with team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns using email. In addition, the Marketing Automation Specialist drives the day-to-day execution of our email communications, which encompasses working with various internal teams on list building, segmentation analysis, browser and ISP testing, creative audit and testing, Email publication scheduling, report building and other activities critical to the success of our email communication strategy.
