Job Summary:
The Guest Services Gameday Office Coordinator will oversee the Guest Services office operation on football gamedays and other special events. The Office Coordinator will assist customers in-person or via phone to answer questions, make note of feedback or complaints, and take reservations for golf cart or wheelchair transport.
The Office Coordinator will also be the first point of contact for staff questions via mobile radio and dispatch staff for golf cart or wheelchair transports. The Office Coordinator will also be responsible for getting detailed information from staff for emergencies and relaying that information to the Stadium Operations Center staff for dispatching of resources.
The position is required to work the 7 home Badger football games and UW Spring Commencement. Gameday duties typically start approximately 4.5 hours prior to kickoff. This position may also work other events as available that could include WIAA state tournaments, concerts, and special events.

Serves as a point of contact for current and potential customers to address and resolve issues, provides information, and processes transactions in accordance with institutional policy. May coordinate work and train staff and student employees.

Work Schedule:

Minimum $20.25 HOURLY

Conditions of Appointment: This is a Temporary Employee appointment.
Hourly rate will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
