We seek friendly and helpful customer service professionals to join our Texas Christian University, in Fort Worth, Texas. We are hiring Part Time Event Day Staff for the 2018-2019 Season. We seek those who are committed to providing high level customer service to Guests, and to be available to work large sporting events at TCU.Most notably, Football, Basketball, and Baseball; but we work all the other sporting and university events.

Positions that we have available include Ticket taker, Usher, Concierge, Access Management, Security, and Parking.


  • Provide guest service and assistance to fans at TCUs athletic and university events.
  • Ensure a safe and pleasant work environment by being aware of your surroundings.
  • Provide directional assistance to guests, helping them get to where they want to go.
  • Have FUN while doing your job!


  • Customer Service experience
  • The ability to be on your feet for many hours at a time. These jobs can be physically demanding, in some cases. You must also be able to walk long distances and walk up and down stairs, as well.
  • You must be able to pass a criminal background check

These jobs typically pay $10 - $11 per hour, and these jobs are part time, usually on the weekends, or evenings during the week.
