SUMMARY
This role will assist in the club's overall game day operations and customer service. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Director of Business Operations and Customer Service, the Hospitality and Events Supervisor along with various team staff in their daily game day activities. This position entails a great deal of organization and attention to detail while providing a first-hand experience of the game day operations of a professional sports team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the preparation of game days and special events
Help with the coordination of pre-game, in-game and postgame guest experiences
Assist with pre-game and in-game youth soccer and hospitality events
Deliver first-class customer service to all guests at the stadium
Work on special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
HS Diploma or equivalent
Must be available on a part-time basis, committing to a minimum of eleven games throughout the season
Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a sense of accountability
Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred
The successful candidate would be outgoing, dependable, trustworthy and possess strong interpersonal skills
Additional relevant education, training or experience is a bonus
Must be 18 years or age or older
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
