GAM: Government Property Manager
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION AND CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES.
Responsibilities of Position:
Responsible for the direct management of the Government Asset Compliance Auditing staff.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with government laws and internal operational policies, procedures and systems.
Manages and performs operational reviews and generates new polices and procedures as necessary to ensure continued compliance.
Acts as primary liaison and interface for all reviews/audits.
Accountable for the overall results of the department.
Responsible for the employment, performance evaluation, training, counseling, and discipline for the assigned employees.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field plus five years directly related government asset compliance/auditing experience.
Experience dealing with FAR 52.245 requirements and handling DCMA audits.
Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
Strong coordination, prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Solid analytical skills and strong understanding of business administration techniques.
NPMA certification required
