The Gallery Support Associate will be responsible for supporting the leadership team with all facets of the business. They are expected to deliver first-class service to our teams and our clients. Our support team will have a sense of personal style and a polished appearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service and Innovation

  • Build and maintain partnerships within the gallery team

  • Assist gallery team with all client related issues to ensure a luxury experience

  • Pack all client ship-outs professionally and appropriately to avoid breakage

  • Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase

  • Properly ticket all merchandise in preparation to be displayed on the gallery sales floor

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives

  • Organization of stockroom allowing for quality presentation of product

  • Assist with floor sets and furniture movement

  • Assist in managing inventory preparation and execution

  • Receive and process shipment in a timely manner to maximize productivity and minimize costs

  • Collaborate with gallery team in area of risk management

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years experience in similar role

  • Strong interpersonal skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques

  • Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office

  • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing

SSAs may also provide industry, prospecting, and client research support to the client team for use in the sales process and assist with sales presentation content development as requested. Responsibilities include ensuring client relationship data integrity (including primary responsibility for Navigator coverage and deal teams, client contact info, deal pipeline, industry/legal codes, and systems of record linkages timeliness, completeness, and accuracy), and coordinating Client Management Process (CMP) activities. Has primary responsibility for Customer Due Diligence processes by ensuring timely and accurate compliance to policy and regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering, Money Services Businesses, other high risk indicators or industries, and related Know-Your-Client activities.
