DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions for customers in person, via phone, and through the mail, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers checks, money orders, and cash advances

  • Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals

  • Performs a broad variety of financial services functions such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems

  • Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance duties

  • Actively cross sells Bank services

  • Performs specific assigned side jobs including various clerical and receptionist functions, and assists other tellers with duties as required

  • Serves customers promptly and professionally

  • Maintain awareness of and adhere to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks

  • Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:45am to 7:15pm and Saturday 9:45am to 1:15pm.The expected average hours per week for this part-time position is 20-25. The average number of Saturdays per month is 2.

Minimum Requirements

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of Teller and Customer Service Representative operations and procedures

  • Basic understanding of Bank operations

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Professional appearance, dress, and attitude

  • Strong math skills

  • Deliver consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence guidelines

EQUIPMENT AND PROGRAMS USED

Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone.

EDUCATION

Minimum high school graduate or equivalent. Additional coursework a plus.

The Field Maintenance Technician II performs a wide variety of duties including repairs, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance at AH4R properties. This position helps to preserve the functionality and condition of the homes while maintaining a clean and safe work environment and providing excellent customer service. This position frequently interacts with vendors and tenants. Responsibilities – * Ensures heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems are operational * Performs system tune-up; checks breakers * Replaces capacitors * Identifies system leaks * Replaces fan motors and Freon * Utilizes an HVAC testing package to test efficiency of the system * Performs troubleshooting support for plumbing, garage doors, irrigation and electrical issues * Unclogs drains; repairs or replaces leaky drain traps, water lines, leaking fixtures and waste disposals * Cleans and tests garage door sensors; replaces guide tracks; reprograms remotes * Replaces breakers, light switches, Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCI's), electrical outlets, light fixtures, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors * Repairs or replaces sprinkler head leaks, valve stems and piping Required Skills Requirements – * High school diploma or G.E.D. required * Minimum of two (2) years of Residential/Property maintenance or related experience required. * Experience must include the use of: * Basic hand tools * Ladders * Power tools * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required * Experience using an Apple iPad preferred * Demonstrated knowledge of occupational hazards and safety methods (OSHA) required. * Driver's license required. * Universal EPA Certification required * HVAC experience/certification recommended * Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and problem-solving skills. * Must be able to use discretion and independent judgement. * Must be able to work in a team environment. * Must be able to operate and maintain the following power tools Work where you feel right at home - If you are a versatile professional who values culture, a constructive environment and the potential for exponential growth, we want to work with you!
