  • DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Level III Certified Emergency Management Sustainment Systems Support Analyst directly supporting the Army Emergency Management Program.

  • Lead the support for the Protection Domain systems in the Army Portfolio Management System.

  • Provides oversight to the product support and sustainment of Army EM programs. Documents any deficiencies in the sustainment planning; develops and tracks mitigation plans; and identifies required resources to correct those deficiencies.

  • Ensures compliance with applicable regulations throughout the acquisition life cycle, throughout the Operating and Support (O&S) phase, and including disposal planning.

  • Supports systems migrations IAW the Army Data Center Consolidation Plan, systems integration activities in support of long term DoD EM systems planning, generates documentation to support funding/acquisition decisions of EM systems, validates system level change control, acts as the primary POC to DoD and ASA(ALT) Executive Agent, supports all aspects of Army EM systems life cycle.

Minimum requirement is to have a Bachelor Degree with 5 years' experience. Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Army Senior School preferred.

Upon ARA's successful receipt of contract award, this individual will be assigned to manage a specialized task area. The successful applicant may have relatively recent experience on the HQ USAF Civil Engineer (A4C) staff. This position requires strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities to thrive in a cross-functional setting. Required Skills: * Have excellent communication skills with appropriate internal and external contacts * Create forward-thinking, conceptual solutions for clients in a professional manner * Take initiative and build approaches to meeting objectives with only minimal direction * Work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects with evolving requirements * Self-manage schedules and tasks Basic Qualifications: * Candidate must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance * Applicant must be a U.S. citizen * Bachelors' Degree in related field * 5-7 years of relevant experience * Innovative and fresh thinking with a 'can do' attitude * Ability to manage and prioritize numerous assignments * Organized individual, with prioritization and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communications skills * He/she must be able to function in a team-oriented environment and be able to interact professionally with employees and management at all levels Desired Qualifications: * Recent Air Staff Civil Engineer (A4C) experience * Installation level RPM experience, preferably in the application of RP accountability and financial reporting principles, concepts, and program actions * Extensive knowledge of construction principles, contract and program management * Advanced proficiency in MS Office to include, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point * Minimum of 2 years experience in developing, managing, and executing FIAR Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and conducting defense agency to Military RPI reconciliation.
