  • Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
  • Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
  • Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
  • Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
  • Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

Schedule Options:

  • Sunday – Thursday 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm
  • Tuesday - Saturday 2pm-10pm/3pm-11pm/4pm-12am

Requirements

TS/SCI with poly required

  • 10 years of related experience and a Bachelor of Science
  • 5 years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Customer Service Data Entry
  • Microsoft Office
  • Windows
  • Active Directory desired
  • ServiceNow ticketing desired

One or More of the Following Certifications Required:

  • A+
  • CCNA Security
  • CND
  • Network+
  • SSCP
  • CySA+
  • GICSP
  • GSEC
  • Security+
  • CASP+
  • CCNP Security
  • CISA
  • CISSP (or Associate)
  • GCED
  • GCIH
  • CCSP
