FX Prime Brokerage Execution

The Futures Electronic Trading Service team is the one of the primary owners of client service for clients executing Futures and Options using Barclays as an executing broker.

Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecution Service: Providing support (over phone/email/in-person) to clients on their Futures trading using Barclays as an executing venue.

This could be on the BARX Futures platform or other FIX/sponsored market solutions. Issues could range from trade queries, limit setup, technical (related to the trading application functionality or FIX trading) or exchange regulations

Client management: Owning and managing client relationships. This involves activities like client training, client visits, issue handling/follow ups and solution delivery

Problem/Issue management: Responsible for issue management.

This involves working on client/exchange issues. This is done in collaboration with teams within Barclays (Technology, operations etc), vendors and exchanges

New Client/user onboarding: Work with Futures sales, Futures Electronic trading, Futures Execution desk, and technical services team to setup new clients and users

Risk Management: Maintain client's risk setup for execution business

What will you be doing?

FXPB Forward Roll Executions: Confirm existing positions with clients and roll accordingly

Sell-Down Executions: Confirm existing positions/balances with clients and convert to USD via an outright Spot or Forward transaction

Mis-hits: In the event of an off-market trade by an FXPB customer on an anonymous electronic platform, review market data and work with the client and dealer to come to an agreed priceP&L reporting:

Sign-off on daily Execution P&L. Substantiate any breaks or large movements.Post Trade Events: Assist with Amendments/Cancellations, NPVs, Novations, etc.Product Development:

Work with the Front Office Product Team, Client Service, and IT to design, test, and implement system enhancements.Client Service: Serve as an escalation point for client queries

Problem/Issue management: Responsible for issue management.

This involves working on client/exchange issues. This is done in collaboration with teams within Barclays (Technology, operations etc), vendors and exchanges

New Client/user onboarding: Work with Futures sales, Futures Electronic trading, Futures Execution desk, and technical services team to setup new clients and usersMIS/Client Analysis: Review MIS data for clients and analysis/review data and present trends/remediation to execution management

Project Work: Work on ad-hoc projects related to Futures Execution

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree1 years experience in the Finance industry1 years experience in managing customer flow within an FX Sales/TradingPrior experience as an Investment Banking Analyst / Associate and/or Vice President is preferred

Experience in FCM, Futures or FXPB agency transactions

Strong written and oral communication skills
