As our future technology SC Product director, you will be accountable for the full suite of Tech products underpinning our Global Supply Chain operations across all three regions globally (EMEA, Americas and APAC).

You will be accountable for product strategy, product delivery and product operations across all lifecycle stages. This is a highly strategic position to enable the transformation of the consumer supply chain to enable the wider ambition of an agile growth-oriented consumer business.

Negotiate and influence GSK and Customer blended tactical requirements to meet both companies' priorities. These responsibilities include some of the following: * Implement agreed to strategies that ensure consistent execution of supply chain, logistics, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory strategies across the total customer supply chain. * Drive supply chain execution and efficiencies by using vendor scorecards to deliver best in class results. * Manage Big Data to facilitate problem solving and decision making at the Customer store and DC levels to deliver GSK and Customer financial and logistics objectives. * Responsible for monitoring, replenishing and maintaining customer's DC inventory levels in relation to agreed upon goals; including all new and promotional items. * Work across boundaries to collaborate and support GSK's ability to meet customer requirements while maintaining a profitable business; including allocations, re-pipes, and run outs. * Communicate Supply Chain activities to key Commercial and Supply stakeholders that pose risk to attaining GSK financial objectives and customer service KPI's. * Support internal/external customers with business reports, presentations, and insights to help generate actionable business solutions. * Responsible for managing projects as required. * Maintain and improve key Supply Chain practices. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: * Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics or 2 + years in a Supply Chain role * 2+ years in Supply Chain * Solid understanding of forecasting, replenishment and logistic concepts * Proficiency in various GSK/Customer software applications, systems & web based tools * Strong analytical skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Solid problem solving skills. * Strong interpersonal skills * Knowledge of Budget and P&L concepts * Moderate travel required Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: * Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Communication Why GSK?
