  • High School diploma or GED preferred.

  • Must be able to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, in both verbally and in written form.

  • Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays. Physical abilities necessary:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for an at least 8 hours.

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.

  • Ability to occasionally push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds (i.e., utilizing a hand-truck).

  • Ability to occasionally climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials, and/or place or remove signage.

  • Capable of working in small spaces at times.

Works closely with design engineering and supply chain peers to develop and maintain robust and sustainable manufacturing processes to deliver quality products to the customer. Key actives of the team include Bill of Material (BOM) management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as development budgets. Monitor the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with design engineering peers on technical matters. Manage interdepartmental activities ensuring release of the program on schedule and within the budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team. Works collaboratively and builds reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners and customers. Enhances Oracles competitive advantage by using insight gained across organizational boundaries to inform future practices and increase synergies. The responsibilities of a TPM vary based on the phase of the product life cycle of the service. Simply put, this role is responsible for the planning and execution of customer facing cloud services.
