Job Summary

As a Sales Support Representative, you will play an integral role in the office, organizational, customer service support and ambassadorship for the Storm Guard location. This position answers, routes, and addresses all incoming communication as well as initiating outbound calls to solicit new business from our existing database of prior contacts. Our Sales Support Representatives are responsible for the day-to-day scheduling, setting appointments, communicating with potential customers and maintaining relations with existing customers. Common clerical duties in the role consist of making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls, inputting new customer information into the CRM system, updating sales calendars, reporting using Excel spreadsheets, sending emails and hard copy mailings, ordering and monitoring office supplies, and maintaining an organized and functional office environment.

In addition to these administrative functions, the Sales Support representative works closely with owners and the sales team in a support capacity and as a brand ambassador incorporating celebrations of successes and special events. Experience with web-based customer relationship management systems is helpful but can be taught. This person must enjoy talking and listening to people, and organizing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and schedule meetings for our sales team.

• Answer calls, field questions and schedule appointments

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Accurately and fully enter data into our CRM system

• Maintain professional relationships with homeowners.

• Follow up and respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests

• Mail outs, emails, and other correspondence

• Organize acknowledgement of company celebrations and events

Qualifications

• A Demonstrated experience in an administrative, organizational, and/or support function

• Relationship building

• Web-based CRM usage

• Detail oriented

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey information.

• Honesty and integrity in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
