What You'll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable experience for every guest and member.

• Achieve and surpass personal and team sales goals and performance expectations.

• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Partner with the Regional Spa Director and Spa Manager to drive sales performance and meet key metrics.

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.

• Mentor and coach the front desk and sales team to achieve excellence.

• Promote our memberships, products, and services with enthusiasm and passion.

• Handle administrative tasks including reporting and cash management.

What We're Looking For:

• Passionate: A genuine passion for customer service, positive attitude and a knack for communication.

• Flexible: Ability to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Computer Savvy: Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; experience with retail or appointment booking systems is a bonus.

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Resourceful: Strong problem-solving abilities, including resolving customer conflicts effectively. A quick learner with a who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

• Education: College-level experience is a plus, but not required. Relevant fields include Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.

• Requirements: High School diploma required. Must be 18 years or older and able to work from home and travel locally within Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.
