An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an Accounts Payable Processor located at the AdvanSix Resins & Chemicals manufacturing facility in Chesterfield.

The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the invoice resolution including data entry into ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely, accurate review and entry of vendor invoices

  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy processing invoices

  • Ensuring data is following company requirements and governance standards

  • The Accounts Payable processor will work closely with AP Team and Procurement and report to P2P Leader.

  • Respond to vendor inquiries

  • Statement Reconciliation

  • Confirm Vendor Data is current and up to date

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Microsoft Office word and Excel

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Office (MS Excel) experience

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and interact effectively across multiple departments

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Detail Oriented and attention to detail

  • Strong Problem Solving skills

They're responsible for troubleshooting equipment, monitoring key performance indicators, and making improvements to the plant operation. Production engineers are the first line of engineers who troubleshoot a unit operation when something goes awry. They develop operating procedures for the operators to follow. Production engineers implement solutions to prevent operational problems from reoccurring.
