Furniture Installer- Direct Hire

Job Title: Commercial Furniture Installer
Location: Syracuse, New York
Hours: Monday – Friday 7a-4p
Pay: $20-22/hr to start.  Medical benefits, Dental and Vision Insurance, PTO and 401k all to be received after three months of successful employment.Company Overview:

Reports To: Installation ManagerJob Summary:
As a Commercial Furniture Installer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality furniture installations in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, hands-on experience with furniture installation tools, and a strong ability to work efficiently in deadline-driven environments.Responsibilities:

1. Furniture Installation:
   • Execute precise and efficient installation of commercial furniture in various professional settings.
   • Work with a team to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
2. Customer-Facing Interaction:
   • Interact professionally with clients during on-site installations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
   • Address customer inquiries and concerns with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
3. Tool Proficiency:
   • Utilize a variety of tools such as drills, hammers, screw guns, and other relevant equipment to assemble and install furniture accurately.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct thorough quality checks on installations to ensure that they meet the company's standards and client expectations.
5. Commercial Client Collaboration:
   • Collaborate effectively with commercial clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
   • Provide recommendations and solutions to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics of the installed furniture.
6. Deadline Management:
   • Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict deadlines and timelines for project completion.
