Funder/ Loan Processor, Funding Department- Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities:
  • Review of executed closing package, at time of closing, to verify accuracy of signing, including review of all fees disclosed on Closing Disclosure for accuracy.

  • Work with title companies in obtaining any missing documentation or inaccurately executed documentation.

  • Provide funding approval for Title Company to disburse funds.

  • Preparation and upload of final closing documents to LOS system, post funding.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work well within short time frames to complete file review for funding.

  • Attention to detail required.

  • Team player with strong ability to communicate requirements to title companies, settlement. agents and loan officers for timely funding of loans.

  • Ability to work well with closers and post-closing to resolve recording and post-closing conditions.

Celtic Bank's Renewable Energy department is growing and going green every day and we are looking for a Renewable Loan Processor. In this role you will be responsible for performing the operational details related to the closing of renewable (solar) energy loans. You will ensure compliance with loan requirements, confirm fulfillment of approved credit requirements, and adherence to internal credit policies. To be successful you must possess the ability to recognize and resolve issues in the closing process while also ensuring the accuracy and completion of all required loan documents. The following list provides a detailed description of tasks you may experience in this role:</p><p><strong>Summary of Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul> <li>Communicate effectively and proactively across multiple channels and internal and external parties.
