The Voya Investment Management (Voya IM) Mutual Fund Product Development department develops, coordinates, and implements the Voya IM Mutual Fund Platform business initiatives which include, among others: new funds, fund mergers, fund liquidations and changes to existing funds. The group partners with the Voya Financial business units and the Voya IM product development area to design, develop, coordinate and implement mutual fund products that meet stakeholder and customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Product Managers on projects as assigned, including research, spec sheet entries into proprietary system, and data collection

  • Manage key product management meeting functions, including preparation of meeting agendas & presentation materials and preparation of meeting minutes

  • Provide support services to the 2020 15(c) effort, including work on automation, research, and data verification

  • Actively participate in Voya learning opportunities, including webcasts, and other high-value training sessions

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in process, business major preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PPT

  • Experience and familiarity with SharePoint helpful

  • Computer knowledge and abilities working with spreadsheets; inputting and sorting data, writing basic formulas and reconciling data input using Microsoft Excel

  • Computer knowledge and abilities working with Microsoft Word documents; formatting, tracking changes, editing, searching, and converting to PDF

  • Strong familiarity with investment management industry and concepts

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and flexible

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to work independently in a professional work environment

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS: Electrical design of microprocessor based digital systems. Especially design experience with the following: Latest generation of ARM processors and microcontrollers. DDR memory interface design experience. Knowledge of I2C, SPI, SDIO, and other digital interfaces used by modern processors. Familiarity with schematic capture and layout tools is required. Experience with Mentor Graphics Xpedition is highly desired.
