Fund Accounting & Administration, Associate 2

Who we are looking for

• This role will partner closely with Client Service, Global COE's, Offshore partners and large Broker/Dealers to facilitate proper settlement of ETF in-kind transactions globally.

• The day to day responsibilities for this role will include, but not limited to the oversight of ETF order settlement, collateral management, P&L actual cost calculation, daily trade reporting to clients

• Day to day environment is deadline driven, fast paced with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation.

• Displays a positive, can do attitude with the ability to multitask

• Comfortable speaking with internal teams

• Preparing Open trade files

• Email follow up on Outstanding inquiries

• Maintaining account and activity reconciliations

• Preparing trade activity files to meet client deliverables

• Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks in a very fast- paced environment

• Ability to work under pressure

• Maintaining daily processes and controls, fully documented procedures

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $60,320 Annual
