Boutique Fund Administrator located in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey is seeking talented and motivated Fund Accountants at various levels (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, and Supervisor) to join a newly created, growing team. You will play a vital role in servicing a growing and lucrative clientele working on an exclusive portfolio of esteemed companies. Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements for a variety of investment fund structures
• Process and record investment transactions
• Review and evaluate general ledger and bookkeeping records for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, and financial statement preparation
• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS)
• (For Supervisor role) Oversee and manage assigned fund portfolios and 1 Fund Accountant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related
• Fund Accounting experience
• Proficiency with Investran or other related fund administration platform
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
