LINQM is looking to identify a Manager of our Projects and Business Systems. We need someone that has experience with expanding Zuora throughout the company. We also would like someone with experience with Salesforce. The role will start locally remote, but will be located in Central SD when we get clearance to return to the office.

The person:

  • Business Systems and Project Management experience within a SaaS environment
  • Past experience working a complex flat organization
  • Salesforce admin experience
  • Experience with Agile PM
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
  • Prior experience implementing or configuring Zuora
  • Prior experience implementing Netsuite
  • Experience architecting and implementing integrations across multiple systems
  • Experience regularly presenting challenges and recommending solutions to executive leadership

Day to Day:

  • Help define the strategy for configuring Zuora
  • Program manage the configuration and implementation of Zuora requirements by establishing a clear roadmap, quickly removing roadblocks through senior leadership, and ensuring that deadlines are hit
  • Lead the delivery of complex enterprise systems programs with planning, including schedule, risk, and resource analysis and recommendations on prioritization and pacing of projects
  • Manage a team of administrators and technically oriented team members to ensure that the right projects are prioritized and work is completed in the most efficient manner possible
  • Report on key project and program milestones, risks, issues, and variances and manage overall changes in timeline, budget and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders, ensuring the use of a defined change control process
  • The right candidate will combine customer focus, empathy, and world-class program management skills.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Operational Compliance Group at GA-ASI, located in Poway, CA. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for ensuring company compliance with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) regulations, overseeing any required corrective actions, and coordinating all formal responses to governmental inquiries. Continually reviews status of the project(s) and budgets to ensure project(s) are completed on time and within budget. Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet production, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project management, line management, and the customer. * Assist in management of the company Aviation Safety Management System. * Maintain a working knowledge and oversight of all Government Flight Representative (GFR) approved ground and flight operations procedures. * Maintain a working knowledge of all DCMA regulations affecting GA-ASI ground and flight operations. * Collect and provide corporate inputs to DCMA regulators for issues affecting company operations. * Submit, monitor, and manage any required waivers to DCMA regulations. * Investigate problem areas and interface with various engineering, operations, maintenance, and supply personnel to evaluate scope and risk of an issue, gain acceptance of potential recommendations, facilitate customer adoption, and track and status to full issue resolution. * Develop mechanisms to track and report the status of recommended improvements across the company product line and customer base. * Assist in the development and management the aviation safety database. * Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet company and customer objectives. * Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to employees working on the assigned program. * Identify and assess aviation safety issues and assist in developing solutions to meet safety goals and objectives, while maintaining productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. * Draft and publish aviation safety memos outlining an issue and its potential solution. * May participate in, or lead presentations to customers and executive management on the technical aspects of an issue, the proposed solution, and the status of implementation.
