6K Systems, Inc. is looking for a Functional Mission Analysis for Cyber (FMA-C) Instructor Supervisor to join our team!
The Air Force Cyber College (AFCC) has a defined requirement for non-personal services to provide academic instruction and expertise to the AFCC for the planning, development, management, and execution of the Functional Mission Analysis for Cyber (FMA-C) Course.
The purpose of this requirement is to provide academic instruction and expertise in the overall design, development, execution, and delivery of AFCCs academic instructor responsibilities for the FMA-C which is a 5-day course of instruction that currently consists of 1,000 students, 25 class offerings, and conduct post-assessments on training.
Provide academic instructions and expertise in the overall design, development, execution, and delivery of FMA- C.
Oversee the management and training of new instructors and provide the current instructors with refresher training as needed
Research, prepare, present, and participate in meetings, reviews, briefings, and teleconferences/Video teleconferences (VTC)
Research and prepare slides, agendas, other academic products using the Clients software and hardware (note: the Client is currently using Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel).
Perform project management/process improvement activities, such as creating work breakdown structures/project plans and providing recommendations and implementation on the viability of new technologies/processes to improve Client effectiveness and efficiency.
Meet normally weekly with the Client to provide FMA-C specific summary of suspenses and activities, discuss and coordinate schedules, calendars, and timelines for deliverables for existing and upcoming tasks and activities and address any other pertinent mission execution items
Must have experience supervising instructors.
Must have a graduate-level degree.
Must have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in education and training program as well as academic instruction as evidenced by:
o Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in academic instruction (minimum 3 years).
o Must have experience with writing and editing material at an academic level.
o Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, or perform at that level of proficiency.
o Must have experience with online instruction to include in resident instruction
The Place of Performance is Maxwell AFB and various TDY locations. TDY locations will be other US DoD bases. TDYs will be no more than 9 consecutive days.
The normal on-site full-time work schedule will consist of eight working hours each day, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time with a one-hour allowance for lunch (excluding Federal holidays and base closures).
The normal TDY off-site full-time work schedule will consist of eight working hours each day, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. local time with a one-hour allowance for lunch (excluding Federal holidays and base closures).
