What You Will Do:
This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP's SAP requirements and design. This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP FM to create and process sales orders including development of quotations, orders, and invoices and subsequent billing runs.
Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an SAP-based system and is the Department of the Navy's (DON) financial and supply information technology system of record. Deployment implementations have concluded, and the Program is now in its sustainment phase, although efforts continue to expand and improve functionality. Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO MLB) PMW 220 was designated to provide sustainment services, including lifecycle management, stabilization, optimization, and audit readiness.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
Bachelor's Degree; OR FOUR (4) years of experience related to information management or financial assistance analyst or SAP-based systems or business process and/or data architecture may be used in lieu of a bachelor's degree
FIVE (5) OR more years of experience related to information management or financial assistance analyst, or SAP-based systems or business process and/or data architecture
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Master's degree
5+ years or more years of FM experience
Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience.
Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP preferred.
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP FM module (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred.
Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multidisciplinary staff of various levels.
Demonstrated the ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business; resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules.
