POSITION: Functional Family Therapist I-II SIGN-ON BONUS

DEPARTMENT: Clinical Outpatient (Kansas) $3000 sign-on bonus!

Salary: $50,000.00- $59000.00 annually

(Starting salary depends on licensure and experience.)

Cornerstones of Care may provide supervision hours as required for licensure at no cost to the employee. We also offer annual CEU requirements through the company free of charge and an excellent benefits package. Additionally, flexible scheduling and an option to work from home are available and telehealth may be utilized in special circumstances along with small caseloads for the therapists.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Functional Family Therapists I and II report to a Functional Family Clinical Manager and will be part of a collaborative, supportive, close-knit team.

Specific work will be with youth and families in Franklin, Miami, Linn, and Brown counties who are impacted by substance misuse. The therapist applies the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model in their work, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. The Functional Family Therapy model is an in-home and evidence-based model that engages with families by demonstrating immediate responsiveness to their needs and maintaining strength-based relational focus. Services will primarily be focused in the home and the community with telehealth available if needed.

This position includes traveling to clients' homes and communities.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Master's degree and professional licensure (e.g.

LMSW, LCSW, LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc.). The ideal candidate will be creative, and flexible, have a high level of integrity, work well autonomously, and have excellent time management skills. Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.

Bonus: $750 of the bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the additional $750 will be after 12 months of service.
