About this Position / Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Technology Services' (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support two highly visible cloud systems, Coupa and Workday. NFF Inc. is seeking a Coupa Analyst to augment the team.

You will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.

Qualifications

The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:

  • The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa.

  • Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release.

  • Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics.

  • Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills.

  • Support regression testing of new Coupa releases.

  • Design and test assigned reports.

  • Monitor integration issues in Production, and work with business users and scrum team on the issue resolution.

  • Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results.

  • Bachelors Degree.

  • US Citizenship Required *
