Job description

Our regional team is looking for Business and/or Functional analysts. As an analyst you will be responsible for closely interacting with clients, understanding their problem areas, translating their problem areas into business requirements and use cases, and documenting the AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios if required.

The analysis should include elaborating and carefully documenting the business, functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with the stakeholders involved.

In other words, you are the bridge between business and IT.

Your profile

• Skills & Experiences (in accordance with your level):

• Higher Education (Bachelor

• Master level),

• Starting as of 1 year experience in analysis,

• A dynamic team player looking to grow in an evolving environment,

• Interest and experience in assisting clients in implementing business cases,

• Coordination of different stakeholders,

• Bridging the gap between requirements and development,

• Manage the requirements with excellent communication, planning and monitoring skills,

• Experience with writing use cases and designing wireframes,

• Preferably experience with UML and BPMN,

• Familiar with Agile as well as Waterfall approaches,

• Knowledgeable with SQL

• Able to present and lead workshops with clients,

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills,

• Flexible to new situations and challenges

Resident in the region

Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a big plus)
