What Will You Be Doing?Our full-time positions are involved in sales, merchandising and inventory.

  • Schedules include daytime, evenings, weekends and early mornings totaling 38-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

In sales, you are

  • Engaging in thoughtful conversations with customers while maintaining the visual appearance of the store.

  • Coaching employees on selling, merchandising and inventory awareness.

  • Leading the salesfloor in partnership with Managers.

  • Designing custom spaces.

  • Engaging with customers at the register, offering product information and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.

  • Keeping pace with customers, balancing multiple priorities and using good judgment to manage time.

In visual sales, you are

  • Coordinating ongoing visual maintenance, merchandise processing and campaign set-ups

  • Organizing and ensuring we have a well-merchandised store.

  • Presenting products, unloading trucks, lifting boxes, climbing ladders and cleaning the store.

  • Working with a great team, surrounded by lively music, resulting in a huge sense of accomplishment.

In inventory, you are

  • Pulling customer product orders utilizing technology.

  • Ensuring inventory accuracy through attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities: * Acts as lead and provides guidance when needed to team of sales team members and Enthusiasts in Camping, Fishing & Hunting and Team Sports to ensure that exceptional customer service is the priority of every interaction and for execution of operational tasks. * Provide prompt and friendly service to all customers. * Drive sales through exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and store knowledge to connect customers with the right products. * Assists manager with daily planning of operational tasks assigned to the store. * Oversees special or ongoing process improvement projects and initiatives. * Executes plan to ensure team members are compliant with established policies and procedures, and applicable laws. * Assists with departmental zoning by providing support, guidance and overseeing the recovery process. * Actively participates in floor walks with Store Manager, Store Director, District Manager and Regional Vice President. * Process firearm sales in compliance with federal and state law, including properly completing ATF Form 4473 and conducting background checks. * Required to complete Firearms Sales Certification Training. * Required to learn and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules. * Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior. * Duties may change and team members may be required to perform other duties or roles as assigned. Physical Requirements & Attendance * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. * Constantly stand, walk, reach, handle, use repetitive motions (hand/wrist/fingers), feel and lift up to 20 pounds. * Frequently stoop, crouch, use fingers, grasp, push, pull, talk, hear and lift up to 21 to 40 pounds. * Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance and lift 41 to 60 pounds.
