As a Pharmacy Manager for our company, you will be part of a team that is committed to providing direct patient care and wellness services. You will play a valuable role in disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, delivering outstanding patient-centered care and assisting in managing acute and chronic conditions.


Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge. In addition, the Pharmacy Manager:

  • Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability

  • Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team

  • Actively delivers patient care services

  • Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance


  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D

  • Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing

  • Certified immunizer preferred

  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred

  • Ability to work a variety of schedules including, evenings, holidays, and weekends

VIEW JOBS 10/25/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-23T00:00 Under the general direction of the CFBSA-Willcox Warehouse Operations Manager, this position is primarily responsible for day-to-day warehouse operational activities of the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona (CFBSA) Willcox branch. Duties include but are not limited to inventory control, the accurate and timely entering of all inventory, shipping, and receiving data into the CERES warehouse database; loading and unloading of trucks; cross-docking of trucks with produce orders; ordering of food and supplies; training, scheduling, and monitoring of volunteers; general housekeeping, warehouse cleanliness, and warehouse safety program. Role Specific Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for ensuring compliance, either as a direct responsibility or through assignment and oversight, with all programs and procedures designed to protect food from intentional and unintentional contamination including the following programs: Integrated Pest Management; Chemical Control; Cleaning; Recall Policy Procedures; Allergen Program; Food Defense; Personnel Practices; Product Rescue; Receiving and Shipping; Regulatory Contacts; Client Complaints; and the Glass, Plastics and Brittles Program. * Ensure compliance with warehouse standards according to local health department codes, Feeding America, AIB International and the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona. * Organize and oversee volunteer activities. * Participate in monthly inventory reconciliation for the CFBSA-Willcox branch location in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Accurately enter all inventory, shipping, and receiving data into the CERES warehouse database and ensure completion of all data entry in a timely manner and in accordance with all established policies and procedures. * Receive, ship, and transfer food products in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Order food product replenishment from the CFBSA-Tucson warehouse to maintain and ensure an adequate stock of products and supplies. * Maintain warehouse, cooler, and freezer temperature logs and thermometer calibration logs. * Tag and store product in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Inspect all incoming deliveries for cleanliness and damage. * Load and unload trucks as required; cross-dock produce order. * Operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment. * Maintain pallets and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Maintain cleanliness of warehouse equipment, restrooms and offices. * Help with any landscaping and maintenance needs. * Daily and weekly inspection of warehouse equipment. * Train, schedule, and monitor volunteers in support activities for the CFBSA Willcox warehouse operation. * Attend CFBSA staff meetings, monthly all-staff meetings, and program meetings as assigned and as needed. * Uphold food safety procedures and support product traceability and recalls as needed. * Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with all established policies and procedures. * Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service relations with all external CFBSA partners, as well as internal CFBSA personnel. * Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Experience in the operation of warehouse equipment and warehouse power equipment, including forklift and electric pallet jack. Ability to successfully complete forklift and pallet jack certifications. * Able to comfortably lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly. * Self-starter and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. * Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills and the ability to interact professionally with the public. * Experience in receiving, shipping, loading and unloading trucks, and in conducting inventories a plus. * Able to supervise and work with volunteers and community service volunteers. * For company insurance purposes, at least 21 years of age; possess a current Arizona Driver License with a safe driving record.
