Primary Role:

The role of the Mondelz International Sales Service Representative Order Writer is designed to build a world-class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business at the retail level through effective planning and order-writing and properly fulfilling the merchandising and needs of the customer. The Representative is responsible primarily, though not exclusively, for ordering and merchandising Nabisco brands. Areas of focus will include full shelf conditions, neatly-merchandised displays and shelves, building display point-of-sale in all areas of store, properly-rotated stock, and accurate price tags / POS in place for all departments.

A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals while providing outstanding customer service. This role will be responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate call schedule. The SSROW will also be responsible for identifying selling opportunities at store level and communicating those opportunities, and individual store problems to the appropriate Mondelz Global personnel.

  • Previous retail / grocery experience a plus.

Your customer service skills will be relied upon to collect overdue tax reports and provide account maintenance. Your work will contribute to our agency mission by ensuring Washington employers pay their fair share of UI tax and UI benefit claims. You will also contribute to protecting the integrity of the UI trust fund, which is an integral part of paying unemployment benefits to claimants. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, public administration, police science, law or a closely related field. OR * One year of experience as a Tax Service Representative. OR * Four years of experience in the field of personal finance, adjustment of claims, collection of civil debts or other related experience. OR * A combination of relevant education, college course credits, and/or experience.
