In this role, you are responsible for accepting and processing customer transactions; providing customer service; adhering to security and compliance issues; attending training programs; and, performing office clerical and miscellaneous duties. Other responsibilities for this position include making customer referrals and participating in periodic promotional campaigns.
Requirements for this position include moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills; proficient communicative, interpersonal relations and customer service skills; proficient eye-hand coordination; moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet; the ability to operate various office machines; the ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds; visual and auditory skills; and, valid driver's license.
