In this role, you are responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to support the credit administration function. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing commitment letters and other communication for the Commercial Loan Officers; processing advances and pay down requests; working with the Commercial Loan Specialists and the Commercial Loan Officers to obtain necessary loan closing information; filing and scanning commercial loan files and financial information; filing SBA reports, if applicable; greeting customers, if applicable; and, assisting with following up on missing commercial loan documentation such as insurance information, financial information, business agreements, etc.; responding to inquiries or to requests for information from other Bank personnel and commercial loan customers within given time frames and within established policy; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports; and communicating with appropriate personnel.
Requirements for this position include proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Nautilus and Fiserv Signature; a thorough knowledge of commercial loan policies and procedures; strong aptitude regarding attention to detail; visual and auditory skills; and a valid driver's license.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience in related positions required.
