Note: This job is fully-remote. You can be based anywhere in the U.S. And while it is a full-time role, it will start out in an independent contractor status. Were on a mission to innovate the talent market by delivering a collaborative hiring platform that can empower all key stakeholders (recruiters, hiring teams and candidates) by creating optimal alignment between them to make a better match.

We are a small, nimble team working in an innovative industry and were looking to bring on an amazing Full Stack Engineer (on a full-time contract basis for now) with an emphasis on the front-end. You will work directly with the VP of Engineering to help tackle the front-end tasks for the app. Hes a cool dude...loves buffalo wings, and enjoys long walks on the beach.

The team is self-driven and we dont micromanage. We really care about the team, product, and the vision! Were a Monday-Friday team with the occasional weekend. We believe weekends are reserved for rest and research.


  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer (with focus on the front-end) in SaaS startup companies delivering cloud-based products and/or mobile apps (iOS and Android)
  • Experience with and comfortable working with a geographically distributed team
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and front-end technology
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Skills in Modern Frameworks, ES6 (TypeScript a Plus)
  • Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, MySQL)
  • Familiarity with containers and clusters (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with modern javascript frameworks and libraries (Ionic Framework, React, Angular)
  • Motivated to learn new skills, languages, and tools
  • Independently motivated but collaborative team member
  • Self-motivated, always growing, and self-managed
  • Strong work ethic, low ego, high accountability
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal forms - especially with our developers and designers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related, or completion of coding school/bootcamp courses
Your skills
  • Full proficiency in JavaScript
  • Know your way around a JavaScript framework
  • Can map out efficient relationships in a database
  • Know how to write clean code that works and looks good
  • Good knowledge of Git and Gitlab (Github, etc)
  • Full English language proficiency
  • Full remote work proficiency (we don't work in a traditional office setting)
Bonus Round
  • Familiar with Neo4j
  • Experience with iOS & Android builds and deployment, Ionic Framework, Python, Firebase
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is already in your tool belt
