Full-time position available working out of Wyomissing, Berks County, PA. Anticipated position hours will be 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
The Account Assistant performs a broad array of administrative, support and analytical duties supporting assigned personnel. Individual will work with confidential customer information requiring discretion and accuracy.
Under close supervision, prepares materials of a detailed nature which are part of client facing information and presentations. May assist with or perform transactions for client accounts.
Performs a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to researching and compiling data and reports, answering phones, greeting visitors and scheduling appointments, preparing committee meetings, processing invoices for payment. Under supervision, assists with or performs account transactions.
Updates client information in various systems and gathers information for use in serving client or administrative needs. Prepares client presentation materials. Under guidance, provides proactive communications to internal partners and clients.
Assists with and performs research of client inquiries or other matters. Responsible for facilitating account deposits, transfers and withdrawals. Provides quality telephone and written support of all client communications.
May facilitate administration of loans and bank deposits. May perform client account cash transfers and interface with other departments.
Facilitates the account documentation process at inception, during administration and closing. Responsible for the review of daily administrative reports and alerting supervisor to account overdrafts and uninvested cash balances.
May perform recurring compliance activities. Performs highly confidential and skilled administrative duties using trust accounting system, portfolio management system, Microsoft Office and other software. Responsible for updating account records to reflect responsibilities of Fulton Financial Advisors in supporting clients. Completes file updates and controls.
Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Compliance Programs, as well as ensure that all quarterly Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their departments, ensuring that their department is complying with applicable laws and regulations and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
3 or more years Performing the essential duties of this role. (Preferred)
