Overview

Annville Branch; 40 hours/week. Days and hours may vary based on branch need.

Must be available to work within the following range of hours: Monday-Friday 8:15am-6:15pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am-12:15pm. Requires the ability to travel for training.

Responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from sales to service. Ensure the customer feels welcome and provide them with a one stop experience in processing transactions and fulfilling their sales and service needs.

Time spent in various aspects of this role will vary depending upon Financial Center traffic and needs and the role of other teammates. Applies a consultative approach to selling and opening all products and services. Retain and deepen existing customer relationships through a needs based selling approach.

Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with problem resolution for customers in accordance with all established procedures and regulations. Encourage customers to use self-service banking solutions including; ATMs, on-line, and mobile banking to enhance their service experience. Process transactions accurately, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller relationship transactions.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties

  • Drive sales through service by generating sales and revenue and demonstrating a positive customer experience. Responsible for the sale of products and services at the branch by using consultative sales methods to identify and qualify new and existing customers for various products and services, thus consistently achieving individual sales goals.

    Utilize the fundamentals of our Fulton Financial Corporation Sales Process and Customer Experience in order to successfully follow a structured approach to customer on-boarding, expanding and retaining existing relationships and identifying referrals. Proficient in the initiation, processing and closing of consumer loans. Perform routine customer maintenance requests as well as basic teller transactions.

  • Provides ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Provides solutions to various situations, errors, or obstacles to ensure customer satisfaction. Builds and maintains relationships with customer by frequent follow-up to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Responsible for compliance with applicable regulations, operational and security policies and procedures and all risk management elements associated with the position and as defined by management.

Qualifications

Education

Associate Degree or the Equivalent Experience. Specialty: Business or equivalent. (Preferred)

Experience

2 or more years Customer service and sales experience or equivalent. (Required)

6 to 12 months Cash handling experience. (Preferred)

Assists in the care of patients, performs treatments, administers medications (if qualified and appropriately supervised), and instructs patients and their families in appropriate care, as directed by their provider. Duties and Responsibilities: 1 Obtains and documents reason for visit, patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, weight, respirations, pulse and BMI. 2 Assists providers with examinations, procedures and other processes related to direct patient care. 3 Collects specimens as directed by provider. Uses appropriate equipment and protocols for collecting, handling, testing, and preparing for transportation to lab including proper identification, storage procedures and techniques. 4 Ensures all patient care areas are adequately stocked with unexpired supplies and medications. 5 Prepares patients for scheduled procedures by assuring patient is appropriately gowned and instruments and supplies are set-up. Uses Universal Precautions. Sterilizes instruments, equipment and supplies as required. Handles and stores instruments, equipment and supplies appropriately. 6 Arranges for patients ordered diagnostic and therapeutic services by completing necessary paperwork and scheduling of appointments. 7 Maintains patient records to ensure an accurate record of the patients medical treatment. 8 Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse or provider, prepares and administers vaccines, medications and controlled substances/narcotics as prescribed by the provider and as certified competencies permit. Asks prescribed screening questions, identifies risks and contraindications, questions and observes for appropriate responses. 9 Documents and processes prescription requests and refills per provider order. 10 Performs basic office procedures, examinations and/or tests ordered by provider and as certified competent (i.e. EKGs, ear lavage, vision tests etc.). 11 Provides health care information materials and reviews with patient and family members as directed by providers (i.e. VIS sheets etc.). 12 Under the direction of the provider, tracks, reviews and monitors follow-up of diagnostic test results. Relays information to patient from the provider regarding results and follow-up instructions. 13 Obtains basic health information from patient/family members to review with providers or clinical resource person at the time of the visit or over the phone. Uses this information to assist providers in determining the urgency for care or an alternative venue for care for patients with acute problems, should access not be readily available at the practice. 14 Gives basic care information to patients/family members per provider guidelines and instructions.
