Full-Time Therapeutic Behavioral Services (Tbs) Supervisor

The TBS Supervisor supervises the TBS Specialists and is the primary practitioner and collaborator in the successful provision of TBS services for clients. The TBS Supervisor is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion and to demonstrate a commitment to services and values of the agency. The TBS Supervisor reports directly to the TBS Director.

Requirements

1. MSW or MA in related field and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and two (2) years of work related experience in a comparable mental health setting.

2. Submitted required hours with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and has completed the Law & Ethics exam.

3. Able to provide clinical knowledge and skills for administering TBS in the context of a comprehensive mental health treatment plan including collaborating with the mental health team members.

4. Good communication skills and able to travel independently to various environments to provide TBS services to clients as needed.

5. Bilingual Spanish required.

6. Valid California driver's license, good driving record and current vehicle insurance.

7. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.

8. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.

Competitive Salary:
$75,000-$95,000

$2,000 Signing Bonus-Receive first half of the $2,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after 6 months of employment.
