Salary: $60,000-$100,000 per year

Summary

We are looking for energetic, competitive, sales-minded, performance-driven individuals

to join our Sales team at Stauer, a luxury goods company with more than 20 years of

experience and 3 million clients.

● Uncapped commissions

● Our top performers earn between $60,000-$80,000 in the first year of

employment

● $80,000-$100,000 or more in the second year.

● Top veteran Sales Reps make over $200,000 per year.

Sales experience preferred but not required to apply. We welcome candidates with

backgrounds in Teaching, Insurance, Brokerage Sales and Real Estate Sales.

Responsibilities

• Sales Representative:

• Selling and upselling Stauer products, promotions, and memberships

• Build strong relationships with clients

• Providing customer service on orders, products and other customer related

inquiries

• No cold-calling; you will only call customers who have already purchased from

Stauer

Requirements

• Sales Representative:

• 2+ years of Sales experience (Luxury Sales, Account Manager, Outbound Sales)

preferred but not required

• Ability to commute to our Burnsville, MN, office for on-site training

• Excellent phone skills and ability to build genuine rapport with customers

• Knowledge of sales presentations, overcoming objections and closing strategies

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge and/or love of jewelry, watches and collectibles

• Proven history of achieving quota in a sales-driven environment
