Full-Time RN Clinical Director

Always Best Care Senior Services of South/East Wake and Johnston Counties is looking for a full-time RN Clinical Director. This is an exciting opportunity to help design and build ABC's new Home Health Division from the ground up. This position is a key leadership role that oversees all clinical services in both the non-medical and medical departments of the business.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic leader and a strong team player with at least 3 years of home health and/or hospice experience, including nursing supervisory experience. Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and help design and build the company's new Home Health Services Department

• Manage Clinical Staff - both non-medical and medical

• Initial assessments for prospective clients and re-assessments on current clients

• Supervisory visits for caregivers and skills assessments for new hires

• Create and adjust Care Plans for clients

• Enter and maintain electronic records

• Respond to medical questions posed by clients or caregivers as needed

Requirements:

• Current RN License in the state of NC

• 3 years Home health and/or hospice experience & some knowledge of home health business models

• 2 excellent references

• Experience working with a non-medical in-home care agency preferred

• Excellent computer skills
