Our B2B collection agency is seeking a dedicated collections experienced professional to join our team on a full-time salary plus commission Key Responsibilities: Account Resolution: Understand the importance of follow-up and follow-through to resolve accounts effectively.

Creative Problem Solving : Think outside the box to locate individuals and owners to collect what is owed to our clients. Negotiation Skills: Negotiate payments, settlements, and other options that help debtors fulfill their obligations Knowledge of Collection Laws:

Have a basic understanding of collection laws, practices, and regulations. Clear Communication: Communicate clearly via phone and email, educating debtors on their credit applications, personal guarantees, and invoices owed.

Professional Conduct: Understand business communications and demonstrate appropriateness in emails, calls, and all events inside and outside the organization. Privacy Law Compliance:
